1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for iDeoura ERP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access. After trial, a paid subscription is required. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for securing your account credentials. Each username is unique to one business. Do not share your login with unauthorized persons.

4. Data Ownership

You own all data you enter. iDeoura ERP will not sell or misuse your data. We may use anonymized aggregated data for service improvement only.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Service for lawful business purposes only. Do not use it for illegal activities, fraud, or content that violates applicable laws.

6. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Upgrades take effect immediately.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Data is retained 30 days post-termination before permanent deletion.
